Facilitators, ask your girls to turn to page 25 in their books to read and discuss the following:

Ode to a Little Sis

What does it mean to nurture your body? List some ways you can nurture your body this week.

What does it mean to enlighten your soul? What illuminates your heart?

What is your purpose? What is your passion?

What will your legacy be? How do you want the world to remember you?

Bonus Activity

Ask the girls the following,"What is something you have always wanted to do, but haven't done yet? What is stopping you?" Encourage them to research whatever that thing is via TikTok, YouTube, and Google. Also suggest finding a podcast that explores the topic as well. Ask them to monitor their confidence in their ability to do start that thing as they educate themselves on the topic.
