Create a Free Your Mind Wellness Kit

Facilitators, gather the following materials: Erasers, rubber bands, seeds, pennies, rocks or marbles, confetti, string, lip gloss, and party favor bags. Pass out the materials to all the girls in your circle. As they add the items to their bags, tell them what each item represents:

Erasers - Make your mistakes disappear

Rubber Bands- Help you stretch your limits

Mustard Seeds- Have faith in your journey and remember you're always growing

A Penny- So you will never be broke

Marbles -Don't lose your marbles

Confetti- To celebrate the joys in your life!

String- Keep it all together

Lip Gloss- Always Define your shine!

Chocolate - To always know life can be sweet

A Journal- to always write a new chapter
