Each week, you will start off with an affirmation word from the IDM Pledge Cards. - You can choose to go in order of the pledge or select a random affirmation weekly. - The affirmation word should correlate with your topic. - Alternatively, you can choose the weekly affirmation word below and ask the girls to explain how it affirms them.
