Starting with you, the instructor, everyone will go around the circle and state their Let it GO/Let it FLOW.

Let it GO- One thing you want to let go (Negative)

Let it FLOW- One thing you want to let flow (Positive)

If a girl doesn't have anything to say, they can opt to just Breathe.
