Each meeting we starts off with a guided meditation or have the girls write in their journal during a reflection song.
Teach the girls that we will meditate weekly, teach them the meditation formation. Each week a different girl can lead.
Suggestion: (Ask the girls for meditation songs that they feel may be helpful as well and play a different one each week.)
Or choose your own reflection/meditation playlist. While the music is playing, the girls can use this time to write their let it go/let it flow in their journals. Girls discuss if they're open.
