Dear Self,

It is so important that you learn to love yourself! When I say this, I mean your entire mind, body and spirit. Honoring your body means respecting yourself with self-love, self-worth and self-respect, most importantly self-acceptance! We are all individually made, so we must become best friends with ourselves.

Seriously, when you think about it, do you tell your best friends they’re ugly, too short, too tall, or criticize their well-being? NO you don’t so be kind to yourself! Please take note of the following tips:

Honor Yourself. Define your beautiful and own your personal responsibility. Own what it means to learn to love and accept yourself, knowing that you are perfect as you are.

Self-Appreciation. Focus on the things that you like about yourself. Remember you attract what you think about. Positivity breeds positivity.

Feed your Body. Eat healthy, drink lots of water, and eat fruits and vegetables. Surround yourself with people who have a healthy perspective about nutrition and life.

Inner-cise. Meditate, Yoga, Mindfulness, and Exercising boost your energy and mood. They also help you feel better about your body inside and out.

Soothe your Soul. Find time to be alone with you. Take time to unwind. Listen to music, be still, strengthen your intuition and let it lead you to defining your now! Spend time in nature too.
