Read and discuss:

Define your Space. Make sure your room is your personal oasis; decorate it and make sure it defines who you are. Place personal affirmations on your mirror and speak life into your goals. Keep your room clean of clutter – it is difficult to be focused in a dirty room – so keep it clean. Make your bed, hang up those clothes, open the window and let the sun shine in! Grab the largest pillow you have, relax, quiet your mind and define your space!

Define your Day. Organize your week. Be prepared! Don’t procrastinate. Pick your clothes out the night before. Rise and shine early and always be on time. Arriving 15 minutes before is early and arriving on time is late. Decide how you will prepare for your day. Perhaps you should start your day the night before, with a long hot bath, reading your favorite book to go to bed and ending with prayer. You choose! The best way to jumpstart your day is with a shower, a great breakfast and positive affirmations that define your day.

Define your Woo~sah. When stressed, take deep breaths daily and think before you speak. Remember, positivity and attitude are everything. Define your silence. Sometimes we must cut the music off and listen to ourselves. Try it, be okay with being alone, yet not feeling lonely. If you need sound, take a long warm bath with your favorite scent, light a candle, create your playlist of your favorite music and Define your woosah.

Define your Education. Say yes to learning, raising your hand, doing your homework and making sure you define the grades you earn. This means being consistent in your study habits. Explore areas that increase your knowledge. Outside of school, try the library or your favorite space in your home to be able to focus, study and be prepared for a test. Always, always be willing to ask for help and ask questions. You hold the key to your education. Which opens the door to your future! Define your Education!

Define Change. Accept that people change and as you grow, you too will change! SO be open to clear your mind to new perspectives in life. Be OK with forgiving people but not accepting negativity. Never be judgmental and be accountable for your actions. Learn to embrace change in your life. Realize that as you nurture your mind, you will see life differently from others and it is okay. Define what you need to do different and be committed to Change.

Define You. You are the writer of every chapter in your book, so define it! Define the relationships in your life! Define your values and beliefs! Do not allow friends or boys or society’s views to make decisions for you! Take your journal everywhere that you go to jot down notes that define what makes you special! Define you!
