Read page 50 in your "I'm a Keeper" book and reflect on the following affirmation:
*Remember you can have each girl write the affirmation and their interpretation of the reading in their journals or verbally discuss the affirmation and questions as a group. *
Bonus Tips: Ask the girls to define certain key terms to ensure they understand the intended impact of the SistaKeeper Vision and Mission statement. This would also be a great time to ask students to reflect on how well the circle they have been participating in is achieving that vision and mission- how has this circle impacted you?
