Let it GO/Let it FLOW (Journal)
For Let it Go/Let it flow use the IDM bear and the girls can name the bear as well.
In your IDM Journal:
Write Down one thing you want to let go? (Negative)
Write Down one thing you want to let flow? (Positive)
If you feel you don't have a let go or let flow, you can verbally say "I Just need to breathe.
Remember that due to time constraints Let Go let it flow is always optional to be verbal or written in their journal.
Remind girls to bring journal to each session.
After the girls write, have each girls can share what they wrote (Optional)
